IMS is proud to announce one of its newest offerings in resource and support tools.  I-Recover,  is a combination of tools that can be used for repairing, restoring, diagnosing virtually all computer problems (Software is based on the UBCD tools).  This support tool which can run from either a CD, DVD, or USB key can be used to access your computer after an issue has occurred like a Virus infection, corrupt Windows files, or any other of numerous reasons that would keep you from starting your pc as normal.  Since the support tool runs in a “PE” Pre-install environment, the support tool has its own bootable operating system and does not require windows to be functional on your pc.  Some of the benefits from I-Recover

 

• Can access PC files when windows will no longer start properly to recover as many files, databases as possible (*The only limitation we can see is if your hard drive had a physical issue where it was not responding)
• Viruses get on a pc and make windows believe that the virus files are in use, which makes it difficult to clean viruses off a machine.  Since we are not actually booting into your copy of Windows, no files on the hard drive are in use, which allows for an expedited virus cleaning.
• Includes a copy of the original software image used to create your machine.  With that, if all else fails we can reload your machine and get your machine back to a default functional Windows level in a shorter time frame, and get you back up and running.
• OPTIONAL: Can include tools for testing your hard drive, memory, and other components of the computer.  If you have a machine that is not running as you would expect, one of the diagnostic tools may be able to help you identify the problem.
