     The combined partnership will offer innovative ticketing and marketing solutions for sports and entertainment clients, transforming the way that fans are engaged and communicated with. Additionally, it will revolutionize the packaging of sponsorship programs, allowing teams, stadiums, and arenas to offer more versatile packages and increase revenue while providing sponsors with a greater return on investment.

     Value Added Ticketing enhances the fan experience while giving venues the ability to increase revenue. It’s a convenient way for patrons to pay for admission, concessions, merchandise, parking, and tickets for future games — all with the same ticket.

     STADIS software from IMS integrates ticketing with concession, merchandise, and parking point of sale systems to enable cashless transactions. When purchasing a ticket, the venue/team/sponsor may bundle value or the buyer has the option to add additional value onto the ticket for use inside the facility. The patron can then redeem the ticket’s stored value by presenting it for parking, concessions, merchandise, or tickets to a future event. The barcode on the ticket is scanned by the point-of-sale system for redemption. Aside from the convenience to the ticket buyer, the venue benefits from selling the admission ticket and stored value, in advance, as a package in a single transaction.

     The SWEET software platform from The Pedowitz Group offers interactive SMS messaging, full social media integration with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and marketing automation. The platform will allow venues and teams to offer innovative in-event promotions that immediately add value to a ticket, increase fan engagement, drive more per cap revenue and boost sponsorship sales. Sponsors for the first time will be able to receive specific responses to their advertisements and quantify their investment in actual redemption, not just impressions.
