Help desk calls are responded to and measured in real-time, ensuring that our customers are able to spend more time ringing sales and managing their operations than worrying about the technical details of their systems. To enhance how our customers are supported, we have developed a pro-active support tool – I-Manage – that alerts IMS’ Help Desk about problems before our customers ever detect them. I-Manage monitors our customers’ systems and sends alerts to our help desk, which in turn can remotely repair or notify a customer of an issue before it becomes a problem.
