Jim SHrader, president and founder of ims

Jim Shrader

Jim is the President and CEO of IMS. Jim co-founded IMS in 1994. The company initially was a Value Added Reseller, but has grown into a network integration provider as well. Jim oversees the senior management team at IMS and works closely with development to ensure IMS’ flagship product, STADIS, continues to create industry altering possibilities. This application integrates ticketing, parking, merchandise POS, hospitality POS, CRM, loyalty, etc.
 

Prior to joining IMS, Jim was a systems engineer at IBM Corporation for over 10 years. Jim was responsible for solution architecture, sales and    project management at IBM. Jim holds multiple certifications and has been recognized by his colleagues and peers for his sales and innovative approach to business.

Jim attended Swarthmore College and received his BS in Information Technology.

Steve Shrader, director of information technology

Steve Shrader Steve is the Director of Technical Services at IMS. Steve has over 5 years experience with IMS. He is responsible for all development efforts, including the ongoing development and implementation of IMS’ flagship product, STADIS. Steve also provides technical sales support, manages the STADIS staff, and manages all internal systems, servers and applications.

Prior to joining IMS, Steve was a systems engineer at Morgan Stanley for 6 years. He also held numerous positions with FCP Technologies, US Healthcare, and SAP America. Steve holds numerous technical certifications and has extensive technical product knowledge.

Steve received his BS in Business from Neumann College.

Jeff Harvey, vice president of sales

Jeff Harvey As IMS’ Vice President of Sales, Jeff Harvey leads the company’s sales efforts.

His areas of focus include marketing planning and execution, lead generation, all aspects of sales management, and industry speaker.

Since joining IMS in 2006, Jeff has developed numerous accounts in the sports and retail industry. He works closely with all strategic partners to add value to IMS customers. He is actively involved in all STADIS, Volante and Retail Pro sales.

Prior to joining IMS, Jeff worked at EDS and Perot Systems. He brings 23 years of software technology experience. He is involved in the implementation and ensuring customers’ ROI exceeds their expectations.

Chris Stape, client care manager

Chris Stape As IMS’ Client Care Manager, Chris Stape leads the company’s client   care team and ensures customers’ account management and project management needs are met. Chris is certified in Retail Pro versions 7, 8   and 9. He has also been involved with the implementation phase of   over 10 Volante and STADIS customers.

Chris has been a member of the IMS team since 1999. Prior to joining   IMS he was responsible for front end sales, store design and inventory   control.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information   Systems at Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware.

Lisa Rae, Financial Manager

Lisa Rae Lisa is the financial manager at IMS. Lisa has been with IMS for over 4 years. She is responsible for administrative functions, all financial transactions and human resource policies. Lisa works closely with all members of senior management ensuring that strategic initiatives are followed. She also works closely with sales, development and client care to ensure that customer needs are met.

Prior to joining IMS, Lisa worked at The Vanguard Group for 12 years.  She organized and led project teams that focused on designing and implementing new systems. She was also responsible for managing large 401(k) accounts ensuring that their plan needs were met.

Lisa received her Masters Degree in Management from La Salle University, and continues to teach as an adjunct professor at LaSalle.
